Memorial and Honor gifts are a meaningful way to celebrate or remember a loved one who is special to you. We hope you can find joy or comfort knowing that you can help people learn, grow and transform their lives through library services and programs.

Download and fill out the form and send it to kpien@citlib.org. Payment can be made through check, credit or cash. Our online donate button can be used for credit, or you can call the library to pay over the phone. Checks payable to Citizens Library.

Memorial/Honor books may become tattered, worn, or the information becomes obsolete. Citizens Library reserves the right to withdraw them under these circumstances. However, Memorial/Honor plaques will be kept and may be transferred to newer materials. If you wish, you may also make a general contribution to the library instead of a Memorial/Honor book.
